For months now, I’ve been wanting to wash my car. Every time I have the time to do it, it rains. Now, the rain has stopped, but I’m getting sick. My car is going to disappear under a mountain of mud and dead bugs.

If you lived nearby I’d wash it.

Just wash it anyway, weather will happen but the longer you wait the more ground in everything will be.

If it needs a wash, wash it while it’s raining. You don’t have to spit shine it, but get most of the grime off so that when you do get a chance to thoroughly wash it, it will be easier.
I’ve washed mine multiple times because it needed it, no matter what the weather and road conditions are.

Problem is I have to park under a tree. When it rains, my car gets covered in dead flowers and leaves and such. I’d rather wait until that’s not going to happen immediately.
